Smart Artist Easel is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Smart Artist Easel will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or replace the product, subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.
Approved warranty repairs and replacement parts are covered for one year. Labor required for an approved warranty repair is also covered during the one-year warranty period.
The customer is responsible for all shipping, postage, packaging, transportation, and delivery costs associated with returning the product or any component for inspection, repair, or replacement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation or assembly, unauthorized modification or repair, accident, neglect, improper storage, improper transportation, normal wear and tear, failure to follow operating or safety instructions, or use of the product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
The Smart Artist Easel is a motorized product with moving components. Users are responsible for operating the easel carefully and in accordance with all instructions and safety guidelines provided with the product.
Keep hands, fingers, clothing, children, pets, and other objects clear of moving components while the easel is operating. Do not overload the easel or operate it if any component appears damaged, loose, or unsafe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Artist Easel and its manufacturer, seller, owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper operation, or failure to follow the product’s instructions and safety warnings. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies stated in this Limited Warranty repair or replacement are the customer’s exclusive warranty remedies. Replacement products or components may be new or functionally equivalent.
Proof of purchase and the product serial number, if applicable, may be required before warranty service is authorized. Customers should contact Smart Artist Easel before returning the product or any component. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
